§ 240.040. Hearing.

The Board of Aldermen shall consider any petition filed in accordance with Section 240.020 at a regular monthly meeting of the Board of Aldermen. The Board of Aldermen shall approve or disapprove any such petition based on testimony of residents to whom notices were sent pursuant to Section 240.030, information from the Police Department on traffic conditions regarding the proposed location and the best interests of the neighborhood and the City as a whole. The decision of the Board of Aldermen shall be final.
