§ 240.030. Notice To Residents.

The City Clerk shall verify that any petition submitted contains the required signatures. After such verification has been made, the City Clerk shall send a notice of a hearing to be held by the Board of Aldermen to consider such petition to all residents whose homes are within five hundred (500) feet, measured along the street, from the proposed location of the street barricades. The notice shall be sent at least fifteen (15) days prior to the hearing.
