§ 240.020. Procedure.

Residents of a street who desire that street barricades be placed at a specified street location may submit a petition to the City Clerk for that purpose. To be considered by the Board of Aldermen, the petition must contain the signatures of all residents whose homes are within two hundred (200) feet, measured along the street, from the proposed location of the street barricades.
