§ 240.050. Placement of Barricades.

If approved by the Board of Aldermen, two (2) barricades, each ten (10) feet in length will be placed by the City on opposite sides of the street at the location specified in the petition approximately twenty (20) to thirty (30) feet apart. Such placement shall be a permanent location of the barricades and it shall be unlawful for any person to move such barricades for any purpose. If such barricades are moved to another location, the City shall have the right to remove such barricades. No parking will be permitted on the street within thirty (30) feet of either barricade. Barricades will be furnished by the City and will remain the property of the City.
