§ 640.010. General Penalty Prescribed.

Any person who shall be convicted of a violation of any provision of this Title shall be, if no other punishment is prescribed, punished by a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or by imprisonment not exceeding ninety (90) days or by both such fine and imprisonment. Any person failing to perform that which he/she is therein legally required to do shall be punished in the same manner and the same extent as hereinabove in this Section provided.
