§ 515.050. Penalty.

Any person found to have violated any of the provisions of this Chapter or any code adopted by this Chapter shall be deemed guilty of an ordinance violation and shall be punished by a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or by imprisonment not exceeding ninety (90) days or both such fine and imprisonment. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder.
