§ 340.230. Motorcycles, Etc., Prohibited in Park Areas.

A.
No person shall operate any motorcycle, motorbike or any motor vehicle of any kind or description in park areas or City owned vacant land, except in parking lots and entrances and exits thereof.

B.
Park areas are defined as a park, reservation, playground, beach, recreation center or any other public area in the City, owned or used by the City and devoted to active or passive recreation.

C.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this Section shall be deemed guilty of an ordinance violation.
