§ 245.030. Creation and Establishment of A City Tree Board.

There is hereby created and established a City Tree Board for the City of Warson Woods, Missouri, which shall consist of the members of the Parks and Beautification Commission of this City and the City Arborist or the Arborist's designee (hereinafter referred to as the "City Arborist").
