§ 200.030. Police Department — Rules and Regulations.

The Chief of Police may promulgate rules and regulations for the governing of the Police Department and the members or employees thereof. The Mayor and Board of Aldermen may, from time to time, amend or repeal such rule, rules or regulations or adopt a new rule, rules or regulations.
